Mike helped us buy our first home. It seems like he's somehow figured out how to balance all the qualities that a first-time buyer would need from an agent. When we were shopping around, he intuitively understood what we were looking for, and gently helped us shift our shopping in an unexpected and much better direction. He paired that intuition with savvy, as he advised us on our offer price and he absolutely nailed it. As an urban designer, it was refreshing to talk to a realtor who deeply understands how cities and neighborhoods evolve. He's got a real familiarity with San Diego's neighborhoods and the unique personalities of each one. Off the top off his head, he knew what was being sold all around our neighborhood. This was a clear demonstration that he loves his work. When I'd tell friends that we were shopping for a home, they'd groan and say "good luck!" as if it were such an arduous process. I have no idea what they're talking about. Mike made the whole thing feel fun, like we were adopting a puppy or something. As first-time buyers, there were plenty of decisions that we weren't fully equipped to make, but we felt that Mike was OUR GUY, we trusted him, and he wasn't afraid to make some of these decisions for us. And best of all, the guy is just an immense pleasure to be around. He's earned a client for life.

Bottom line up front: You NEED Mike. You might be like me and have been working with a realtor but I promise you, not like Mike. I was a first time home buyer, single, active duty and didn't know what I didn't know. I thought my first agent was good but decided to do try someone else out and Mike blew me away. From day one he will take care of you and ease you into the process of buying a home. Everything is thoroughly explained and simplified. His positive energy and genuine personality makes you look forward to the often laborious task of checking out yet another property. His honest demeanor is a no pressure approach to getting you what you really need. Some say the true gauge of a person is, would you grab a beer with them. As other military member could relate how the pressure is during your time to transfer, not just to a different state but overseas. I was in the middle of deployment when I received a message that I was picked for orders overseas. and my command did want to send me home early enough to take care of things. I had a few recommended realtors from Veterans United, but they not one of them made me feel at ease and that they are on my team and not on my best interest. My Chief who had transferred had recommended me Michael Minotti, and I was't expecting much from him, but one thing I do know is, I trust my chief, so I met up with Michael. We met, and he went straight to business, he listened to my concerns, actually listens, which I didn't get from other realtors that tried representing me, and he had solutions right on the spot for each single one of them. I had only couple of weeks, before I had to go to a military school then Overseas. He said I got you, "do what you have to do, I will take care of everything, literally, "pack everything and my team will do the rest". His team did an amazing job of touch up cleaning the entire house, took an amazing pictures of the house(which by the way made me emotional, memories we've made on that house). He never failed on keeping me updated on all the visits and offers, he is very good in what he does, he put himself on your shoes and sells the house as if it was his, he means business. He got the house listed, and got it sold in a week. I could never thank him enough, it was a great partnership. I was busy with Combat training, and I needed that focus to be able to do it right and do what I needed to do, and I was able to because of Michael. If you need a Great Realtor you can trust, and handle things the way it should be across the board, to your benefit and not just them. I highly recommend Michael Minotti, you will not regret it. trust is everything. Once I get back to the state side, I am feeling great knowing that he will be there. I'll never forget what you had done for us Michael, and we will be forever be thankful.

I had the good fortune to have Mike Minotti as my Realtor when I sold and bought my home in 2018. When I began the process I was very nervous and Mike, in his true nature, was able to comfort me and guide me through the whole process. Buying a home is such an overwhelming process, but Mike was there for us every step of the way. He was readily available, not only to show us homes, but to answer all of our questions (and we had many). He is very professional yet very personable as well. After we closed, we had an unexpected issue with our home related to the seller's disclosures, and Mike went above and beyond to support us throughout that process. Even though his job was technically done at that point, he really showed how much he cares about his clients when he fought for us like we were family. We couldn't have navigated that situation on our own, and his dedication to helping us reach a esolution was incredible. Words can't express how much we appreciate all he did for us! Thank you Mike!
